We were fortunate to meet Kathleen 5 years ago as we were just starting to explore opportunities in residential real estate investment. Kathleen came recommended to us by friends whom she’d helped find their dream home, and we first met her when moving from Boston to Worcester. Four years later, when we decided to stay in Worcester, she was the only realtor we wanted to work with. My husband and I had very different and specific things we were looking for in a home and after a few showings, Kathleen quickly learned, before we did, what features would satisfy us both, while still providing a certain number of bedrooms for a growing family, a yard for the dogs, and staying in our price range.
